After our trip to New Mexico we loved Sandia Peak because of the breathtaking view so we decided to research it for our project. We talked about fun things to do on Sandia Peak, history, geography, science and mathematics behind Sandia Peak, and information about the nearby Pueblo Native Americans. This project falls under the "investigating the world" pillar because we chose to study a geographical feature we had never know about before in order to learn about its geography and influence in its region.

Spanish Brochure (World Language)
In Spanish 4 we were assigned a Spanish speaking country in South America that we had to study and create a travel brochure. I was assigned Quito, Ecuador. I highlighted some important tourist destinations and cultural traditions in Quito, Riobamba, Cuenca, and Guayaquil.
